Seven-Day Program
Day One, Trogir – Marina Baotic
- Arrival in the afternoon at Marina Baotic, accommodation on luxurious sailboats (2 people per cabin), with a welcome drink and a brief skipper instruction on sailing and safety onboard.
- Upon boarding, do to the market.
- 7:30 PM dinner at the tavern: Renowned dishes:
- Crab and lobster with spaghetti
- Octopus salad, stew
- Grilled fish from holm oak, rock mullets, comber, picarel, salema porgy
- Kornati fish stew
- Overnight stay on the sailboat in port.
Day Two
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- Sailing to the next cove/tavern Ringo, island Hvar/nord part.
- Renowned dishes:
- Octopus stew, grilled mullets, and salema porgy
- Salted sardines, whatever is caught during fishing is offered.
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in a sheltered cove.
Day Three
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- Sailing to the next cove/tavern in place Komiza, island Vis.
- Renowned dishes:
- Small scorpionfish, saddle bream grilled
- Traditional meals: baked, boiled, stew, or salad. The perfection of simplicity for those who recognize the true freshness of just-caught fish. Nothing extra needs to be added.
- Boiled scorpionfish soup, lobster stew.
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in a sheltered cove.
Day Four
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- Sailing to the next cove/tavern at place Vis on island Vis.
- Renowned dishes:
- Wild onion stew and lamb with potatoes in a pot
- Grilled John Dory fish, cooked trough shellfish.
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in a sheltered cove.
Day Five
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- Sailing to the next cove/tavern at placeHvar on island Hvar.
- Renowned dishes:
- Scorpionfish with potatoes from the wood-fired oven, tuna carpaccio,
- Fisherman-style shellfish, sea urchin risotto, anchovy fillets,
- Octopus carpaccio with myrtle, marinated fish,
- Scampi stew, seabass in wine with mustard, cuttlefish with polenta.

- Overnight stay in a sheltered cove.
Day Six
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- Sailing to the next cove/tavern at bay on the island Solta.
- Lunch
- Dinner
- Overnight stay in a sheltered cove.
Day Seven
- 7:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast
- 9:00 AM Departure for sailing to Trogir.
- Around 5:00 PM, arrival at Trogir and make check-out. Diner.
- Next day after 9:00 AM disembarkation.
PACKAGE ARRANGEMENT Accommodation – on sailboats Price 4.000.-EUR
Price includes:
- Sailing according to the program and schedule, accommodation in cabins on the sailboat.
Price does not include:
- All meals for guests and the skipper, fuel, tourist tax, skipper, end cleaning, deposit, trans log.
In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to modify the program depending on the possibilities and safety of the group.
